Class Information: *All courses are one (1) day classes which include an exam and will be held at The Innovation Center, 1636 Popps Ferry Rd. Biloxi, MS 39532.
*Registration begins at 7:30 AM. Class at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM with the exam being the last part of the class.
*Coffee, water and light snacks will be served.
*You will need a picture ID, ServSafe book, #2 pencils, highlighter, paper for notetaking & a positive attitude about how important it is to keep our food supply safe!
*Read your book before class day, doing the questions at the end of each chapter (answers provided there also!) and pay close attention to yellow highlighted print, photos, & case studies.
Online Exams:
*REQUIRE PIC ID AND SERVSAFE BOOK WHICH WILL BE TAKEN UP AND RETURNED AFTER COMPLETION OF 90 MULTIPLE QUESTION TWO (2) HOUR EXAM.
*PREREGISTRATION FORM FILLED OUT COMPETELY AND PAYMENT MADE EITHER BY MAIL OR INTERNET (PAY AND REGISTER TAB ABOVE).
*IF REGISTERING LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE EXAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR PICKUP OF YOUR BOOK.
*PERSONAL LAPTOP COMPUTERS WILL NEED TO BE BROUGHT AND MUST HAVE WIFI READY WIRELESS CONNECTION.
*GO TO WWW.SERVSAFE.COM AND CREATE A LOG ON PROFILE AND PASSWORD BEFORE DATE OF EXAM.
